The Parkside Seoul project
began with an understanding of the place.
Rather than inserting another rigid building into the vast urban landscape,
the aim was to create a structure that harmonizes with Namsan, the Han River,
and the unique history of this land.
Older urban elements of the area were also incorporated into the design.

while the other concentrates on form-making.
Field Operations aims for the middle ground.
We weave together ecological issues and new design forms comprehensively,
while also creating proposals that meet the needs of the community.
Our greatest distinction lies in the ability to envision and create spaces
that fulfill public needs through innovative design strategies.
